From Las Vegas, we headed for Richfield, Utah on Interstate 70. We’ve found that when finding the ideal spot 😉 in a first come campground like Capital Reef National Park, getting there before noon is important. So, the Richfield KOA is a convenient place to stage before heading to Capital Reef. The KOA is in a residential area too, so we can walk to the downtown for a bite to eat.
